Just now nearly robbed... was walking in uni, and then two boys go to me and ask me for 1 dollar... afraid, then run as fast as i can. thanks God that they didnt run after me~ will for sure walk on main walk everytime... even day times.
CCF stuff... really need to improve alot!!! We must rely on God!

倫敦大學學院的研究人員稱,經常飲茶有助於從壓力中復原。
研究人員在《心理藥物學》(Psychopharmacology)期刊中發表研究報告稱,比起引用仿冒茶葉替代品的控制組,連續六周每天飲用紅茶四次的人壓力賀爾蒙(cortisol)含量較低。控制組的人喝的是含咖啡因的替代品,口味類似,但不含茶的有效成分。
喝茶的人也在完成設計來增加壓力水平的任務後,感覺也比較放鬆。
報告撰寫人之一,倫敦大學學院流行病學和公衛系的斯特普托說,這項發現對於健康可能有很大的影響。
?#22312;經歷急劇的壓力後緩慢的復原過程,已被認為和罹患心血管疾病等慢性病風險較高有關。?
?#30433;管這似乎不會降低我們感受到的實際壓力,茶確實在協助壓力賀爾蒙恢復正常水準上功效較大。?/p>

Foundation Orientation Outreach (Wednesday)
點解會有呢個Plan? 其實係源於一個感動on Sunday,但係由於太遲,outreach既人都去左retreat...
唔夠人,但係感謝神,有振宇同Gina由頭幫手到未,有人響High Street度趕落黎,衰仔Hilton (:P) 遲到...
但係從中我學到好多野,要全然倚靠... 同埋之前係不停被插....... 但係諗起有B/S幫手,真係唔再發火囉~ 之後我請佢地食飯
(Hilton無份 :P),因為咁急叫佢地黎佢地都肯~ 罕有 :P
飯時,傾到我自己,在座都好擔心,我自己都係.... 唔想burn out... 但係知道已用緊reserve... 點算?? 祈禱吧。
